At Earth & Ether™, we believe healing must be holistic. When practices like somatic and yogic breathwork, therapeutic dance, somatic visualizations, interoception (awareness of internal sensations), and energy healing come together, people often experience deeply restorative and transformational shifts across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
The word “soma” comes from the Greek word σῶμα meaning body. Somatic work is a body-based approach that recognizes how the body can reflect and hold stress, tension, emotions, and unresolved experiences. It focuses on the nervous system, internal sensations, and the body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore itself.

Pranic Healing® is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes. In its existing form, Pranic Healing has been painstakingly, systematically, scientifically developed, revealed and taught globally by Master Choa Kok Sui.
It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity, which is capable of healing itself.

Techniques such as breathwork, gentle movement, grounding exercises, and interoception stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in calming your autonomic nervous system and supporting emotional regulation.
Adopting a somatic mindset means paying curious, non-judgmental attention to your body’s signals. This awareness allows you to work with your body rather than against it, helping trauma and stress naturally dissolve over time.

At Earth & Ether, our Therapeutic Dance incorporates elements inspired by non-clinical principles of Dance & Movement Therapy (DMT), alongside somatic and intuitive movement, to create a safe, embodied space for healing and self-exploration.
Through guided choreography and intuitive movement, we invite you to tune into your body’s sensations, rhythms, and inner messages. Movement becomes a form of non-verbal expression, helping feelings and memories emerge gently through the body.

At Earth & Ether, each session begins with grounding practices that calm the nervous system, bring you into your body and open the space for healing. We combine somatic techniques with ancient meditative traditions to help you feel centered, clear, and connected.
Our workshops draw from a range of gentle, accessible breath practices, including:
- Pranayama (Nadhi Shodhana, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Dirgha)
- Somatic breathwork for nervous-system regulation
- Belly/diaphragmatic breathing to anchor safety in the body
- Coherent breathing for emotional balance
- Soft releasing breaths to clear stress and tension
